You will be living with two professionals (28 M works as a data engineer, and 34 M neuroscientist doing post-doc research) and 1 very lovely cat. We're both easy going, cleanly and work most days in the office. We're looking for someone friendly who treats the space with respect.
Amenities: Heating (included in base rent), washer/dryer, dishwasher, 24 hour concierge and gym on the 1st floor
Rent/Bills: 980/month + approx. 110/month for utilities and council tax
Move-in date: September 21st, 2025
