Description
— About the house & us —
We're Molly & Kass!! We're work besties looking for 1 extra person to join our newly formed tenancy agreement. We’ve got a gorgeous East London flat in Hackney Wick with exposed brick, wooden floors and so much character. It's already very edgy & cool, but we're excited to turn it into a cosy, girly home full of warmth.
Think art, candles, wine, cooking for each other, and nights hosting friends — but also a place to switch off and find serenity. We’re kind, considerate and tidy flatmates, and we’d love to live with someone who’s the same.
— About the space —
We’re moving into a gorgeous townhouse in the heart of E9, just a stone’s throw from Victoria Park and only 7 minutes’ walk to Homerton Overground (direct to Shoreditch), with great bus links and Hackney Wick nearby. Chatsworth Road market, restaurants, and plenty of local spots are all on the doorstep.
The house has a large, bright living space leading into a fully equipped kitchen, plus a spacious garden with new decking — perfect for summer hosting. The bedroom available is a gorg bright, good-sized double!
Rent is £1,117 per month and the deposit is £1,288. Bills come to around £210 total (WiFi £40, gas/electric £100, council tax £50, and water £20).
It’s part-furnished with beds, sofas, table and chairs, fridge, metal rack in the front room, side table, sideboard, and some sunny yellow garden chairs.

Molly: 25, from Manchester, and nearly a year into London life. Big on thrifting (I run a Vinted shop on the side, so there’s always a pile of jackets to play dress-up with), enjoy yoga/pilates, and my new hobbies — painting and writing. I’m happiest cooking for others and creating cosy nights in. At weekends I’m usually wandering thrift markets, at a festival or travelling!! I'm creative, sociable, and always up for a wine and a chat, but also love keeping the flat feeling calm and homely.
Kassidy: 27, from California, 6 months into East London life and loving it. I work in tech sales, usually in the office Tues–Thurs. Into foodie adventures, charity & vintage shopping, arts & crafts, tennis, running, and travelling whenever I can. Evenings are chilled — a workout class, cooking at home, or a glass of wine. Weekends vary between exploring London’s food and thrift scene, cheeky day drink sessions, or heading out of town. Easy-going, spontaneous and social, but I really value downtime too.
— What we’re looking for —
We’d love another girl to join us — someone kind, considerate and tidy, who wants a home rather than just a house share. Bonus points if you like wine nights, markets, and maybe even dogs (Kass is hoping to start dog-sitting soon!). We’re keen to make the flat feel like a little sanctuary: artsy, cosy, and fun, with a balance of cosy evenings and spontaneity!
