Hi all!
My flatmate is sadly leaving London, so I am in need of a new fellow human in my home in Hackney Wick
The flat is sunny bright and cute and in an amazing location right in the heart of Hackney Wick, super close to lots of cool bars/venues as well as lots of green spaces with Victoria Park and the canals very close by.
Rent is £950 pm plus bills, and the room comes part furnished. We are council tax band C with a student discount.
Since it’s a two-bedroom flat, I’ll be your only housemate. I’m 32 y/o nb, and a student nurse so I’ll often be busy with placements and studying. I’m more on the introverted side these days, preferring smaller gatherings and chilled evenings at home, though I still enjoy meeting new people and the occasional party.
I love making a home and having a friendly and relaxed vibe, decorating the place and making it our own. I enjoy having dinners together, watching films, and catching up. It would be great to find someone also into that vibe ☺️
I like to keep the flat tidy, but I get that life can get hectic, so a bit of temporary mess is no big deal.
The landlord and letting agency have been getting things fixed on time, and we haven’t had any issues.
