Hey all :) I’m Chloë (she/they)

We have a room available 1st November, minimum 3 month stay, in our 3 bed vegan/veggie warehouse sanctuary in Hackney Wick [LQBTQI+ friendly].

Room
-----
A cosy double room, with an outward facing window looking out to trees and the train tracks. The room will come with simple furniture and a double bed, as we live in a warehouse and this room is on the ground floor of our unit the boiler (modern/silent version) lives in a cupboard in this room.

Mainspace
-----------
Open, high ceilings and there are lots of windows, there is small a dining area with table and chairs, lounge area with board games / a projector / fake fire place / corner sofa and a Chesterfield chair, kitchen with all the appliances, washing machine & dryer, bathroom with a shower, outside the front door is a decorated porch with place to sit and/or smoke.

Accessibility Details

To get to the warehouse there is no intercom, externally there are two security gates which have a metal bar at the bottom when closed, there is then 1 external flight of stairs (18 steps) to the property, no lift.

Flatmates
----------
You’ll be sharing the space with Stan (he/him - Polish) and Chlöe (she/they - English), we’re both in our 30’s, self-employed and have two fluffy flatmates called Tsuki (Italian Greyhound x Whippet dog) and Diego (Siberian cat) who are both super friendly and loveable.

In our spare time we like to skate, meditate, create, cycle, travel, hike, learn, read, cook, watch a good film on mubi and game… you get the idea :)

We tend to see our home as a place to relax and unwind, we’re a couple of introverts so we do our own thing most of the time but are obvs open to socialise. We don’t party in the house.

We’re looking for a plant-based/vegan (veggies also welcome) animal lover who is easy going, who wants a nice chilled home vibe, happy to take initiative with cleaning/tidying and generally chip in with maintaining the space.

Location

Great location, 2 minutes walk to Hackney Wick Station, in a gated warehouse yard living with creatives, lots of parks and things to do on the doorstep - Hackney Wick canal/Victoria park/Olympic park/Hackney marshes are all in walking distance, along with a Refill store, Sainsbury's, various coffee and plant shops.
