The apartment is a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (around 850 sq ft) and has a large open plan kitchen living area. Two separate cupboards with extra storage and a large east facing terrace which gets all of the morning sun!
The flat is located on the top floor and is only a few years old, it has underfloor heating throughout, Sonos speakers in the ceiling and is really easy to keep clean.
It’s part of Bagel Factory development, two minutes walk from Hackney Wick station. Super convenient as it’s one stop from Stratford which has all the connections!
The development also has 24hr concierge & security & a gym which you will be able to use :)
There are also nice cafes & restaurants in the area and being on the doorstep of Victoria Park is the best.
You will be sharing the flat with Nora, who is half Belgian, half Lebanese, and has been living in London for about four years. Nora works full-time in sales advertising.
Nora really values a clean, comfortable home where she can unwind and feel at ease. She enjoys spending time with friends, but also appreciates having some quiet downtime after a busy day. She loves baking, Pilates, and cosy movie nights 😊
Nora is looking for someone friendly, tidy and considerate and someone who also enjoys a calm, relaxed space to come home to after work. Ideally, you’d be in your late 20s or early 30s.
