Sublet Double Room in Hackney Wick

I am looking for a sublet for my double room in Hackney Wick for 4 weeks (08.11.-05.12.) potentially 2 months or longer (this should be decided in the next week).

It's the brightest room in the flat with lovely evening lights. Balcony, floor heating and plenty of storage too. There's also a cute rooftop and a private gym in the building.
I am looking for somebody to take over the room for four weeks; from November 08 until first week of December 5.
Rent is 910£, for the 4 weeks incl. bills it would be a total of £1020. But based on your specific dates, we can figure out an exact price together.

The flat has three bedrooms in total and has loads of natural light. It's right in the middle of Hackney Wick, so you've got the canal, bars, cafes and Overground all on your doorstep (< 1min). Only 15 mins to central London via Stratford.

You‘ll be sharing a bathroom with Ilaria (30, fashion designer and artist), Josh (31, interior designer). Ertay (27, fashion designer) has his own ensuite. As you can tell we‘re a creative bunch, clean and easy going. LGBTQIA+ friendly.
