We’re excited to announce a brand-new set of studio spaces located just next to Hackney Wick Station, available for move-in from 24th November.

Each studio ranges from 30–35 metres and comes semi furnished with a table, chairs, and sofa and sink. The property includes:
• Two shared bathrooms (total of 2 WCs and 2 Shower)
• A shared kitchen equipped with all essential appliances, including a washing machine
• All bills included – water, electricity, council tax, and Wi-Fi

There are five studios in total:
• 2 studios with access to a large shared terrace – £2,000 per month
• 3 studios – £1,500 per month

These modern studios offer a great balance of privacy and community, with shared amenities and an excellent location close to transport, shops, and local cafés.
