A lovely size double room available in a 2-bed end of block house with a garden located a few minutes from Hackney Wick station, the canals, and lovely Victoria Park.

The room will come part-furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bed frame (no mattress). The house has 1 bathroom, and a large open plan kitchen and living area with doors that open up to the garden.

You’d be living with a couple - Liv (30) who is an architect and and Bianca (28) who works in marketing and is studying psychology. The house is very homely - like to have nights in cooking food and watching tv.

The current tenancy is up in April so it would be a minimum 4-month rental with the option to renew the contract in April.
