Double room available in Hackney Wick Warehouse

We have a bright, furnished double room available in our spacious 3-bed warehouse flat in Hackney Wick. The room is available for six months (April 1st – October 1st), end date TBC but we can discuss this closer to the time.

📍 Location: Just a 5-min walk from Hackney Wick Station, right in the heart of all the fun!
💰 Rent: £885 per month (bills included**)
🔒 Deposit: £885

(bills included** - incl. all bills + cleaner every 2 weeks)
You might need to pay a little bit more if bills are really high or prices go up.

We'd prefer to only do viewings on the dates below as that's when all of us will be in but if you can only do another date, let me know :)

About Us
I'm going to be travelling for the winter so I'm looking for someone to take over my room while I do so. This house is amazing, my housemates are great plus community/neighbours are one of a kind - you'll see!

You'd live with Marcos (28) and Harry (27) - we all love living together and are looking for someone to make this house their home too.

Marcos works in Operations at a uni in London, loves music, and describes himself as super clean and chilled (and I can confirm!).
Harry works in a company that provides charging stations for electric cars, loves tenis and cooking fantastic meals.

While they both have busy lives, they also enjoy hanging out at home - whether it’s dinner, drinks, or a casual movie night on the projector. We celebrate the odd birthday, but big parties happen elsewhere!

Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find someone friendly, considerate, and tidy, ideally in their late 20s or older, who’s looking for a comfortable and social home.
