Quiet Houseshare Sublet in Warehouse

Hello!

I am looking to sublet a room going in my warehouse unit for the time period of Nov 20-Dec 20th. The dates can be a little flexible so we can adjust according to both our needs.

A bit about the space: it is an open plan warehouse unit, a big living room/ dining/ kitchen area suitable for someone that works outside the home environment but is seeking a nourishing quiet home time.

Your room is a mezzanine room with big windows that face the communal area. You have a desk space, wardrobe and mattress that rests on top of the mezzanine.

This is fairly a quiet warehouse, so not suitable for those that seek parties but for those who enjoy a more slow kind of living.

I am a jeweller and during the day I work from a corner in the unit and have the occasional clients over. I am active during the day and like the evenings to wind down and read a book. So this place suits someone that isn't very active in the evenings due to noise.

I respect those who are considerate in how they leave the space after they use it and have open communication. I want this space to feel like a safe haven for you and me :)

If you reach out I will give priority to those who give an overall idea of what its like living with them and what to expect and happy to jump on a call or show the room prior to committing.
