Ive had a great time here for the past 2 years, but sadly moving out as I have a job on the other side of London. Gutted to be leaving such a fabulous flat and even more fabulous housemates.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Isa and Pierre (couple) and Yasso, all in their early 30’s. All professionals, clean, sociable and very respectful. It's a very chilled out and harmonious house.
About the house: It’s a modern 3 bed flat with a private entrance, big communal area, 2 bathrooms and a small rear patio.
About the area: The area is super vibrant, full of nature and well served by public transport. The flat is located 5 mins walk from Victoria Park, the River Lea Canal and Hackney Marshes, less than 10 mins walk from Hackney Wick Station and one stop away from Stratford. Plenty of cool pubs, restaurants, cafes within walking distance for which Hackney Wick is very well known.
We're looking for someone that’s laid-back, clean and respectful. You'll be joining the tenancy until end of May with an option to renew for the year.
