Spacious room in Hackney Wick!

Room going in Hackney Wick bungalow. It's very spacious, all furniture you see (bed, two desks, chair, huge built in wardrobes) are staying. 5 min walk from Hackney Wick overground and loads of buses. Great area for going out and creative stuff (super close to the new V&A storehouse) 4 min walk from Sainsburys too.

Sharing two toilets with three other people (only one shower though but has never been issue). There's a decent size kitchen, good living room and outdoor spacs too. Other flatmates are creative and social, often watching films on the TV. Two are students and the third works full time, so open to either.

Looking for someone to go switch tennacy to until June next year when it's up (open to be renewed). On top of rent, bills (incl council tax) come to about £140 a month. Biggest room in the house so it's a pretty good deal. Looking to do viewings soon so lmk if you're interested or have any questions!!
