Double room in warehouse share

Hey there, we have a large double room available from the 1st of Jan 2026.

It’s a double room, pretty standard for a warehouse, with basic furnishings. Has a big inbuilt cupboard and lots of room for storage inside and outside the room.

Our warehouse is spacious with high ceilings, but cosy...it is nice and warm in the winter months and cool in the summer.

We have gas cooking and a large kitchen worktop perfect for cooking for lots of people, Which is ideal as we have a massive dining table which you can fit all your friends around!

We have a washing machine and separate dryer which has a big capacity so handles a weekly wash easily.

There is a separate lounge area with super comfy couches and TV so you stream your favourite shows wirelessly.

Two of us share the space at the moment. Me (Clare) a PhD student and Ellie who works in the art world.

We are subletting this space from a man who has lived in the apartment for 12 years! Occasionally he nips back to the UK and stays in the spare room. I have been here for about 2.5 years now.

We are both working professionals who share interests in...Cycling/Art/Fashion/Cooking/Theatre and Film.
We’re both veggie but chill if you eat meat. LGBTQ+ friendly.

We're not a party house but there’s plenty going on in Hackney Wick in the way of socialising/partying, its a pretty peaceful existence here perfect for the professional/mature student who works during the day and needs somewhere to chill out and call home.
