Bright Double Room – Hackney Wick (Eastway)
We’re looking for a third flatmate to join our home on Eastway in Hackney Wick. The available room is a top-floor double with two windows, giving it plenty of natural light and a nice sense of space.
The room is unfurnished except for a double bed with a mattress and a wardrobe.
The flat has three bedrooms, and the two of us (both guys) have lived here for the past two years. We’re hoping to find someone who’s laid-back, considerate, and looks after the flat — someone who enjoys a relaxed household while also being dependable and respectful of shared spaces.
Please note: the bottom floor (kitchen and living room) has a ceiling height of approximately 192 cm, which may feel uncomfortably low for taller individuals.
Another thing to be aware of: the flat is on a busy road, and traffic noise can be noticeable at times, including at night. Because of this, the room is best suited to heavy sleepers or anyone who isn’t particularly bothered by street noise.
The room is available from 25th January, provided the required documents and references are submitted beforehand.
A bit about us — we’re into music (listening, playing, dealing), books, video and board games, ice hockey, bouldering, and spirituality, among other things. We’re friendly and open, enjoy hanging out from time to time, but also value personal space and a calm home environment.
