URGENT - En-suite room in Hackney Wick

We are looking for someone to take on a bright (Unfurnished) en-suite room in a modern 3-bed flat apartment located Hackney Wick, 1 min walk away from the station!

We need to fill the room URGENTLY by the 31st of January.

You’ll have your own private bathroom, and share a spacious open-plan living/dining space plus a contemporary fitted kitchen with the rest of the flat. The room is unfurnished.

The admin:

- £1,280 pcm (bills excluded, which are roughly £135 for wifi, council tax- Tax Band E -, electricity, water and communal heating)
- Private en-suite bathroom
- Modern development with 24-hour concierge
- On-site gym
- Communal roof terrace (great view!!)
- Close to the canal, green spaces, cafés, bars and shops

The practical bits:

- We haven't moved into the flat yet, and we are looking to do so on the 31st of January. We had someone who pulled out last minute so we need to fill the spot quickly.
- Deposit: £1248.46
- Minimum term: Ideally, a year

- We’ve been living together for about 1.5 years now, and as our landlords have sold our current house, we want to keep doing so.
