Canal Warehouse in Hackney Wick

Hey everyone!

2 warehouse sublets going on Wallis Road (Hackney Wick).
Looking for two flatmates that will fit nicely into the environment.

Room 1 -
£780 a month + electricity (around £50ish a month)
Available from the 15th of February until 1st of June
The biggest room in the warehouse and is sound treated (not quite soundproof). The room comes with a bed, some storage for furniture & bedside table.

Room 2 -
£500 a month + electricity (around £50ish a month)
Available from the 21st of March until 1st of June
The room is small! It has a mattress upstairs and downstairs, a walk-in cupboard for storage and where you can fit a small desk. The room comes with a mattress, bedside table and some storage furniture.

There are 6 of us in total.
Overground is about a 2 minute walk away.
Communal storage area for bigger items if needed
Shared living space where we socialise often (we are also very considerate of peoples space/time).
3 toilets + 2 showers.

No possibility of extending as we will all be moving out on the 1st of June, but a few of us will be looking for another spot so there is potentially opportunity there if looking more long term in London.

Ideally looking for someone to stay for the full time with a deposit of one month rent which can be used to pay the last month but open to any length of time/set ups.
