I’m looking for a clean, reliable and respectful professional to rent my bright, airy and peaceful self-contained studio flat in Hackney Wick while I’m away for 5 months.

This is a warehouse-style studio with high ceilings, a mezzanine, a Juliet balcony, and a generous open living space. It is fully furnished and has everything you need to feel at home.

The flat includes:

Sofa, coffee table and 4 bar stools

Fully equipped kitchen

Super-fast broadband

Own washing/drying machine

Small fridge/freezer

Ample storage: wardrobe, 2 chests of drawers and 2 shoe cupboards

The flat is close to the canal and surrounded by everything that makes Hackney Wick such a great area, while being on a quieter side so you can still sleep well and enjoy some calm.

A very important note: I keep an extremely clean home and take great care of my space, furniture and belongings. I’m looking for someone who is naturally very clean, tidy and considerate, and who will look after the flat properly and return it in the same spotless condition. This is really important to me, so the flat would best suit someone who genuinely values cleanliness and respects other people’s homes.

No parties or afters - it is a quiet building/area and neighbours will complain

No pets

No smokers

A plant lover would be a bonus 🌿 I do not have many plants, but they are all very happy.

Available from 1st April (31st March if needed)
Minimum let: 5 months

All bills included except electricity, which is on a top-up meter and usually around £30–£40 per month max.

Move-in terms: first month’s rent and deposit to be paid on or before move-in date. The deposit will be returned once I have checked that the flat has been left as clean as I left it, with no damage to the furniture or flat.
