Hi! I’m subletting my bright, cosy bedroom in a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath flat in Hackney Wick from 8 April to 6 May.

The room:
• Bright, comfortable double room with great natural light
• Fully furnished
• You’ll share a bathroom with one female flatmate

The flat:
• Spacious and clean shared areas
• Sunny living room, relaxed homely vibe
• Well kept and tidy

Location:
• 2 mins walk to Hackney Wick Station (Overground)
• Around 20 mins to Central London
• Victoria Park (8 mins walk) and the canal (5 mins walk) nearby
• Lots of supermarkets, cafés, bars and creative spots around the area

Price:
• £35 per night
• Prefer someone taking the full period, open to discussing the price for a full stay

Housemates:
• You’ll be living with two super lovely girls, easy to get along with!

Looking for:
A clean, quiet, respectful subtenant who will take good care of the room. Ideally female since we're all female households x
