Room in Hackney Wick

Hi !

A bedroom in our converted warehouse in Hackney Wick is available long term. This is a veggie/vegan house share.

The apartment is 3 minutes from Hackney Wick overground station, that takes you to Stratford International in 10min, where you can get Jubilee Line, Central Line, Elizabeth Line + National Rail. So you are well connected!

The canal is a stone throw away for a beautiful walk, and with great restaurants and cafes alongside, as well as lovely Victoria Park is just a 15 minutes walk away.

There are 3 bedrooms in the flat, whereof 2 of us are moving out end of April to embark on new journeys. That said, this is a very chill house, we get on well and look out for each other.
We are essentially not a party house but we love to have evening chats, tea, share food or watch a movie on the projector. We are looking for someone veggie/vegan, relaxed and easy-going of nature, and someone who would appreciate the chill but social atmosphere here, would be a great fit.

We have a communal area/living room with open plan kitchen, and 1 bath, 1 toilet. It usually doesn’t cause any problems as we’re all on different schedules and respectful of each other. The house is at the 1st floor, with access to a large shared outside yard. It’s a friendly community vibe with lovely neighbours and people help each other out and stay connected in our Whatsapp group.

Bills are included in the price, as well as WIFI, however these may fluctuate a bit throughout the seasons. We have a kitty of 10 pounds per month covering cleaning products, hand soap and toilet paper.
