Hi, I'm Josh looking for someone to join as a tenant in this beautiful apartment in Hackney Wick.

Room's a good-sized double in a flat on the quieter side of Hackney Wick, though you're still a short walk from everything going on in this part of East London.

Location's amazing. Five minutes to Victoria Park, Hackney Marshes and the Community Sauna. Ten to the Overground. And there's a bus right outside that takes you to Stratford.

The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The living room faces North-East so gets beautiful sun through out the day. All the rooms look out on to greenery and a peaceful church.

The room itself has a chest of drawers and is otherwise unfurnished.

A bit about me — I'm Josh, 34, Australian, working for a human rights charity. I'm out a fair amount but I also like a quiet night in, and when we're both around I'm always up for cooking together or just having a proper chat. I keep the place clean and tidy and would want someone who's the same.

Looking for a working professional, late 20s to 30s, easy to talk to and not too precious about things. Single occupancy. Looking for someone for the long term.

The setup: rent's £1000 a month plus bills and council tax (Band C).

Last housemate's moved on so we're redoing the tenancy and you'd go through the real estate agent's reference checks. Deposit's around £1100 and first month upfront.
