The largest bedroom in the flat — spacious enough for a couple or a single person, easily fits a king size bed plus furniture.

Big, bright kitchen — great for cooking and entertaining
Large living room, comfortable for hanging out or watching films
Big garden — perfect for BBQs and summer evenings
The Area:
Hackney Wick — canal-side, close to Victoria Park, London Stadium, and the Olympic Park. Great transport links (Hackney Wick Overground, plus easy access to Stratford). Loads of breweries, studios, and independent cafes nearby.
Us:
Three modern professionals in our mid-to-late 20s with varied work schedules — including night shifts. We keep the place clean, respect each other's space, but also enjoy the odd garden hangout or dinner together. Looking for someone (or a couple) who's clean, considerate, and easy to live with regardless of hours.
