Hello lovely people! We’re a warehouse of 5 friendly housemates called Lucy, Lauryn, Esme, and Roy (and one little doggo called Bean), based slap bang in the middle of Hackney Wick, with shops, pubs, restaurants, and two gorgeous parks (Victoria and Elizabeth) right on our doorstep.

We’re looking for another young professional to join us in the room about to be vacated by our dear flatmate. It is an ensuite room with a mattress up in the mezzanine - please note, if you prefer, you’re welcome to keep the ground-level bed currently in the room on the floor if you’d rather sleep downstairs – our current housemate uses the mezzanine space as storage instead.

We spend time together, sometimes doing the local pub quiz, occasional dinner parties, nights out, and hanging out in the shared living room. We’re hoping to find someone friendly, tidy and clean, and up for a laugh!

- 5-person flat in a wider warehouse complex of flats and the next door unit is still in use by a mirror factory
- £975/pcm with bills included
- The £975 deposit covers your last month’s rent when you give notice
- Cleaner (included) comes once every two weeks
- Furnished with a landlord who will supply furniture as needed e. g. desk or chair

- 5 minute walk to Hackney Wick overground, 15 minute walk to Stratford station, lots of buses nearby
- Flanked by Victoria Park and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, two V&A museums, the canal with lots of pubs, great food spots, supermarkets within walking distance including a sainos and corner shop 1 minute away
