Amazing Warehouse Conversion in Hackney Wick

We are looking for a super new housemate to join our warehouse!

It is located in Hackney Wick, just opposite the overground station. It is set back off the street, through a courtyard - everyone is very friendly, having BBQ's and chilling outside in the summer. Hackney Wick is an incredible area, close to a lovely canal & Victoria park.

About us, there are 6 rooms in total, with 6 people currently living here. We are looking for 1 person to join us rather than 2, because the space can become very busy - so no couples sorry.

We are all in different professions: footwear designer, jewellery artist, photographer, illustrator, musician, social media. We are French, Lithuanian, Turkish and British.

The warehouse is very spacious, we have a washing machine, three fridges, three bathrooms (one with shower and toilet, the other with toilet, the other with shower). We have bike storage, we pay a little bit of money every week for a cleaner and cleaning supplies, with so many people it is much more pleasant to do this!

Rent is £850 (all bills included).

We all have totally different schedules, some freelance, some 9-5, some late working etc, so we are all very respectful of one another. It's NOT a crazy party house, but we are all very good friends and love to chill with a drink some evenings, and cook group meals together.

It is very important to us to have a clean person move in - this warehouse is a real home to us, not just a space to live in - and so we treat it with respect, always cleaning up after each other and taking turns to take the bin out etc.
