Double room in warehouse flat, Hackney Wick.

We are currently 2 females/1 male who work within arts and events, we are looking for a female (28-40) to keep the balance who has a good sense of humour and that cleans up after themselves (very important), as well as chipping in with the house chores.

We are sociable and occasionally enjoy the odd glass of wine together but also like our space and are respectful of each other and the flat. You must like pets as we have a very adorable dog who is very much part of the home.

The flat is large and open plan with a great kitchen if like cooking and a large dining table. There is plenty of natural light as we have windows that span one width and length of the space. We also have a huge roof terrace where you can often bump into one of the neighbours to enjoy a glass of wine. We are looking for someone who will make the place their home.

The rent is £560 and include a cleaner. There is a deposit of £530 payable in advance and returned when you move out. One months notice is required on both sides. Bills are additional and vary from £40-£90 a month depending on the time of year and include gas, electricity, water, council tax, Broadband and TV.

Hackney Wick is a lovely area with lots happening in the galleries and bars. Hackney Wick rail station is a 5 minute walk with links to Stratford and Highbury & Islington and buses 388, 26, 30, 488, 276 nearby.
