Sunny Flat near Hackney Hotspots - 3 month sublet

This cozy room is available for a three month sublet from beginning of June to beginning of September (5.6.-4.9. but I can be a bit flexible with the dates). What I like most about living here (and you will hopefully do, too) is easy access to Regent's Canal, Broadway market and all the little cool & trendy spots in Dalston and Hackney. Best of all, it comes with a cat named Larry, who is the dumbest and most affectionate cat I know. Larry is strictly speaking my flatmate's cat so you will not be responsible for feeding and cleaning after him, but you must be cool with living with a cat.

The St Mary's Estate was built in 1947 to provide quality social housing after the war. The main rooms are south-facing and well-proportioned, and the sitting room has French windows. The sitting room and bedrooms look out onto a large green space with splendid plane trees. The available bedroom has a double bed, a built-in cupboard, and a desk with additional drawers. The hall has space for shoes and coats and includes a built-in storage cupboard. The internal doors are original, in the 'utility' style. The kitchen is separate from the sitting room and has a dishwasher. The loo is separate from the bathroom, which has been recently modernised. The flat is on the first floor, with a lift, a new boiler, washing machine, and dishwasher. It is a stone’s throw from Haggerston Park and the Regent’s Canal, with Broadway Market nearby.

I am seeking someone who is in London for three month over the summer and is looking for a cozy room to sublet during this time. You will be living with my roommate Zach, who is a really nice & chill guy. He's very outdoorsy and cycles a lot and is overall both fun and a very considerate roommate.
