I am moving out of my cosy room in Bethnal Green after many years and am looking for a replacement to join the house!

We are looking for a female professional to join Cat and Georgia from 29th August with the contract running until end of May 2025! Ideally aged 26-30 and wanting a clean, cosy and sociable house.

The house is over two floors with a spacious kitchen and living room. There is an outside area for the summer months. The available room is a cosy double which comes with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is within walking distance of Broadway Market and Columbia Road. It’s a ten minute walk to Bethnal Green tube or Cambridge Heath overground and the nearest shops are five minutes away.

The rent is £871.50 pcm (not including bills). The bills usually cost around £100 per month (internet/gas and electricity/water and council tax). There will be 6 weeks rent as a deposit and the landlord will also require referencing. The move in date is 29th August.
