I am subletting my lovely Double room, with its own private bathroom, for 2 months: March & April.

Moving date: 1st March
Payments:
> Deposit: £650
> 1st month March: £1400
> 2nd month April: £1400
All bills included.
It’s got lovely natural light, a large balcony, modern kitchen integrated with living room.
You will be sharing the flat with only 1 person. Mel is 32, from New Zealand. She is nice and quiet, works from home everyday 9-18hs. Loves cooking, a glass of wine and reading, very autonomous.
Looking for somebody autonomous, easy going, tidy and clean. This is a lovely home, not a party house.

No smoking in the flat not balcony. No couples. No pets. This is for 1 person only.
The area is great!
Just one block from the canal, 15 min to London fields, angel, Victoria park. 3 blocks from haggerston and shoreditch park.
The flat has a large comunal garden and bike storage if needed.
