*MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY - I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME FLATMATE*

Looking for a lovely flatmate on a part time basis for my home in Haggerston with my dog Maus and I.

About the flat:
* New build (2017) in Haggerston, 2nd floor with a lift. Secure access with key fob and CCTV in the building, There is a bike store downstairs but no parking. There is also a communal garden space which the fob gives access to.

* 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. You will have sole use of the main bathroom opposite your room when you're here, it has a shower over the bath.

* Your room is furnished with a blackout blind, soft cream carpet, wardrobe with rail and drawers inside, two lamps on bedside stools, double chest of drawers and double bed with Simba mattress.

* Spacious open plan sitting room/kitchen including a dining table & benches.

* Comfy sofa, large TV, 2 Sonos and house plants galore!

The area:
* The location is amazing! We are bang in the middle of Hoxton (zone 1/2) and Haggerston (zone 2) overground stations.

* Lots of buses on Kingsland Road a couple of mins walk. Liverpool Street and Old St stations are 20-25 mins walk away.

*Broadway Market, Columbia Road, London Fields, Shoreditch/Spitalfields, Dalston, Hoxton Street, Victoria Park all within easy walking distance.

* Flat faces onto a leafy, one way side street.

About me (Suzanne):
39 years old, I work in the music industry and my routine can change depending on what events I have on that week. The flat is my sanctuary and not a party pad! Hopefully it will be yours too.

It would be lovely to have someone who I get on with, but I'm totally happy with someone who wants to keep themselves to themselves too, there won't be any pressure to be best pals.

Important: I have a Podenco dog named Maus who I share with my ex partner who lives close by. She is generally at his from Tuesday evening - Thursday evening. She is very nervous and takes ages to warm up to new people, but I would keep her in my room and in her crate if I need to be out of the flat without her and you were in.

About you:

* Dog lover/sympathiser to nervy ones a must! She is a classic 'anxious sighthound'
* Easy going
* Sense of humour
* Tidy and conscientious

Please note there is no bike storage in the flat itself, and the flat isn't suitable for someone who looks to work from home here.

All bills are included, I have fast Community Fibre broadband and a lovely cleaner (Sam) that does the bathrooms, kitchen, floors every other week.

I am open to negotiating arrival and departure days/times and how many days too.
