Mon-Fri Let - Haggerston - Double Room + Bathroom

*MONDAY TO FRIDAY LET ONLY - 4 NIGHTS PER WEEK MAX - I'M NOT LOOKING FOR A FULL TIME FLATMATE*

About the flat:
* New build (2017) in Haggerston, 2nd floor with a lift. Secure access with key fob and CCTV in the building, There is a bike store downstairs but no parking. There is also a communal garden space which the fob gives access to.

* 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. You will have sole use of the main bathroom opposite your room when you're here, it has a shower over the bath.

* Your room is furnished with a blackout blind, soft cream carpet, wardrobe with rail and drawers inside, two lamps on bedside stools, double chest of drawers and double bed with Simba mattress.

The area:
* The location is amazing! We are bang in the middle of Hoxton (zone 1/2) and Haggerston (zone 2) overground stations.

* Lots of buses on Kingsland Road a couple of mins walk. Liverpool Street and Old St stations are 20-25 mins walk away.

*Broadway Market, Columbia Road, London Fields, Shoreditch/Spitalfields, Dalston, Hoxton Street, Victoria Park all within easy walking distance.

* Flat faces onto a leafy, one way side street.

About me (Suzanne):
40 years old, I work in the music industry and my routine can change depending on what events I have on that week. The flat is my sanctuary and not a party pad.

IMPORTANT: I have a Podenco dog named Maus who I share with my ex partner who lives close by. She is generally at his from Tuesday evening - Thursday evening. She is very nervous and takes ages to warm up to new people, but it's been fine with previous lodgers as she wouldn't be in the flat on her own with you at any time.

Please note there is no bike storage in the flat itself, and the flat isn't suitable for someone who looks to work from home here throughout the week.

All bills are included, I have fast Community Fibre broadband and a lovely cleaner (Sam) that does the bathrooms, kitchen, floors every other week.

I am open to negotiating arrival and departure days/times and how many days too.
