Lovely double bedroom in Bethnal Green

Bright and airy double room for rent in the heart of East London with a private bathroom (across the hallway not connected to the room).

Unfortunately my housemate is moving back to Australia so looking for someone to fill the second room. The flat has two bedroom and two bathroom, fully furnished, with a large open plan kitchen living and dining room, with a lot of natural light,. The building has an underground garage with bike storage.

Close walk to London Fields/Broadway market, Columbia Road flower markets, and Victoria park, with Hoxton Station, Cambridge Heath Station and Bethnal Green Station all within a 5-15minute walk away.

You will be sharing with me, Lissi (31 year old Australian). I generally work from the office and am out and about quite a lot, but also love to come home and relax / cook and have a glass of wine or two. Would like to live with someone like minded that wants to have more of a home/ likes to be social, rather than someone that just wants a room.

Timing wise, the room will be free any time from the 1 October, rent is £1,250 plus bills which come to around £300 each per month (but change depending on electricity/heating etc).
