Month Long Sublet Near Broadway Market, Haggerston

I’m travelling Europe for the month of August and will be subletting my room from the 1st to the 30th.

The Room:
The room will be £900 for the month which includes bills and a £300 security deposit will need to be paid before moving in. The security deposit will be fully refunded given everything is in order upon leaving. The room will come fully furnished with my larger items (bed, desk, wardrobe, etc) being left in the room for you to use. My smaller items will be packed away.

The flat is a three story, 4 bedroom flat with the available room located on the top floor. There is 1 shared bathroom / shower between the household (2 shared toilets). There is a large kitchen area which doubles as the living space. There is no lounge room.
Amazing location! Right near Broadway Market and London fields. There are plenty of pubs and cafes within walking distance.

The household is made up of three young professionals in their mid to late 20s, all of whom are super lovely and easy to live with. Seren works from home during the week as does Seb (only on Monday and Friday). Lina works from an office during the week. All have pretty busy schedules but we all love to catch up when we can. We occasionally get to the local pub for trivia on Wednesdays and like to take advantage of London fields for a picnic.
