Large en-suite room available in Hagerston

The flat is a three-bed, first-floor flat on Laburnum Street, situated along the canal. It is a 10 minute walk from Haggerston Overground and approx 10-20 mins walk from other stations inc. Hoxton, Liverpool St and Bethnal Green.

There is a shared living area with two sofas, TV and dining table, with a separate kitchen coming off.

About the room:

The room is the largest of the three in the flat. It comes fully furnished with a bed, clothes rail and two sets of drawers and has good natural light from three widows. There is a shower, sink and toilet in the en-suite (the other two flatmates will share the main bathroom in the flat).

The rent is £915 per month which includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly. We take it in turns to do a flat clean on the week the cleaner doesn’t come, just a mop and hoover of common areas!

Bills are roughly an additional £150 each per month, which covers: Gas/Electric, Wifi, Water and Council Tax.

About the flatmates:

I'm Alex, 31, who works as a chef wed-sun. Not around a huge amount during my working week, but on my mon-tues days off I'm usually taking it easy around the flat and out enjoying all of the lovely things London has to offer!

I'm Kerry, 28, who works as a data analyst mon - fri (from home 4 days a week and in the office 1). I have been in the flat 1.5 years since moving from Essex. I enjoy going out for meals, drinks in the pub and walking or cycling around Hackney.

What we are looking for:

We like to keep the flat nice and clean, which everyone contributes towards. We are not a party house but we do enjoy socialising together and having friends over here and there. Overall we have a friendly and calm atmosphere and are looking for someone who will respect the environment we have here.
