Double ensuite room near the canal (for a month)

I’m subletting my double ensuite room for a
month (5 August - 5 September) in our beautiful flat! There is a bit flexibility with dates.

It's a 3-bed 2-bath flat in Haggerston, in an amazing location right on the canal with a large sunny balcony and quiet courtyard view. The flat is fully furnished to a high standard. The room is quite large as you can see in pics. It comes with a double bed, wardrobe and a large desk if you need to work from home a couple of days of the week. You will also have your own bathroom.

You'd be sharing with one Swedish girl who works in education technologies and one Portuguese girl who works in education as well. They both are hybrid work-from-home / in the office. We're looking for a female flatmate for a month, preferably aged between 30 to 40, non-smoker.

The flat is modern and warm, faces due south with a big balcony onto a quiet shared courtyard, in a new building with concierge and secure bike park.

Great location right on the canal, with Broadway Market, Columbia Rd, and Haggerston Station all a short walk. It really is an awesome flat!

Cost is £1450, including bills, cleaner etc.

A bit about us: We like to keep the flat clean and a relaxed, peaceful space for all flatmates. We tend to take our social lives outside of the flat so as to be considerate of the other flatmates, but occasionally host friends once a month for board game nights or dinner parties. We are pretty relaxed and like to take care of the flat so that its a nice, peaceful home.
