We’re looking for a new flatmate from the 22nd of September The flat is in a relatively new flat in a great location, just a 15-minute stroll from Broadway Market, Hoxton, and Haggerston station.
It has plenty of natural light, a shared bathroom (between two), and a large balcony with stunning views of Haggerston Park and beautiful sunsets.
Rent is £920per month, inclusive of council tax, with bills typically ranging from £85-£100.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Coral, a 26-year-old from Hackney and Victoria, 29, from France who work in fashion.
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, clean, and optimistic. We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, occasional park hangouts, pub visits, and gigs. Ideally, you’re a woman aged 26-35, who values a calm and respectful home environment. While this isn’t a party house, we do appreciate someone who enjoys socializing, sharing a glass of wine, a movie night, and also respects personal space.
