Beautiful room to rent in Haggerston/ Hackney area

We have a double room going in our beautiful flat!

It's a 3-bed 2-bath modern flat in Haggerston, in an amazing location right by the canal and the park. It is a new building with concierge and secure bike park.

The flat is modern with a big balcony that faces quiet courtyard.

The room and the flat are fully furnished to a high standard. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and small chest of drawers. There is also a large desk for sale with the room for £90, which will fit two screens so perfect if you need to work from home a couple of days of the week.

The bathroom is large and is a bath / shower combo. You will only be sharing the bathroom with one other flatmate.

You'd be sharing with one a Portuguese girl who also works at Higher Education and a Turkish girl who works in finance. One of them works at hybrid and the other in the office.

We're looking for a female flatmate aged between 30 to 40, non-smoker.

Great location right on the canal, with Broadway Market, Columbia Rd, and Haggerston Station all a short walk. It really is an awesome flat!

Rent is £832 per month for the room (excluding bills). Bills are split evenly each month and include a cleaner who comes once a fortnight, superfast fibre broadband, water, electricity and council tax. Bills vary per month but are approx. £200 each.

A bit about us: we like art, design, cooking, wine, brunch and many many other things. We like to keep the flat clean and a relaxed, peaceful space for all flatmates. We tend to take our social lives outside of the flat so as to be considerate of the other flatmates, but occasionally host friends once a month for board game nights or dinner parties. We are pretty relaxed and like to take care of the flat so that its a nice, peaceful home.
