Double room in Haggerston

Room available in a chill flat in Haggerston. You will be living with two Kiwis in their mid-30s, both working as lawyers. We are both tidy and respectful, but have been known to have a bit too much fun from time to time. We try to find a good balance between the London night-life of pubs and all night-raves, yoga and volleyball, and then nerdier activities like Dungeons and Dragons and gaming. We both have busy social lives so spend the majority of our time socialising outside the flat. We would like to find someone similar who has their own thing going on but is also keen to grab a beer when the mood strikes.

The flat is a 6 minute walk from Hoxton station and a 10 minute walk to Broadway Market. It has 3 rooms, a kitchen/living room and a balcony. The room is a good size and easily fits a double bed and a desk. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The lease ends on 28 February but there may be an option to re-sign for another 12 months. The price of the room is £1250 for the month including bills. No couples sorry.
