💰Price: 955pcm (not inc bills) + deposit around 1 months rent (tbc w landlord) bills come to £80-£130 depending on the season.

📅 Move in date: from October 4 (please only respond to this ad if you can move in then)

🚇 Transport links: walking distance to London Fields, Haggerston, Hoxton, Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green.

🛌 About the room: The largest room in the flat, it comes furnished with blackout curtains, a double bed, wardrobe and ample additional storage.

💗 About you: We’re ideally looking for someone late twenties to late thirties, who’s looking for a cosy, clean and calm flat (long term) 🙏 Unfortunately no couples, students or pets.

✨ About us: You’ll be living with Fran (26) and Kayleigh (31). Fran works in sustainability and Kayleigh in radio production. We’ve both been here a year and really can’t imagine living anywhere else. We have a great relationship with our landlord who is friendly and responsive.

🌿 Note: The communal areas in the flat are quite small, meaning we’re extra mindful about each other’s space. We’ve made this house a home, so it’s really not a party house (sorry!) but more somewhere to relax and decompress after working in the city 💭
