The room will be £850 per month + bills (which come to around £150 a month)

✨House vibe:
This is a 4 bedroom, 3 story house, made up of professionals in their mid to late 20s, all of whom are super lovely and easy to live with. Seren works from home during the week, Nick is a teacher, and I work in event/festival management but in office most days of the week.

We are looking for a sociable but chilled housemate! Currently we enjoy going to the pub/making plans together and looking for someone who’s respectful in the house but keen to get involved too!

✨The house:
The house is 3 stories, with 4 bedrooms. There is 1 shared bathroom / shower between the household (2 shared toilets). There is a large kitchen area which doubles as the living space. There is no lounge room, but we are looking into getting a sofa for this room this month.

✨Location
Amazing location! Right near Broadway Market and London fields. There are plenty of pubs and cafes within walking distance.

Viewings will take place from 2nd Sept onwards!
