I'm Eloïse. I'm looking for a subletter to join me in this beautiful fully furnished Haggerston flat for 8 months (move-in as of November 1st, move-out by the end of June).
The flat:
- Sunny, 2-bed flat, on the first floor on a Mews right off of Hackney Road. The room up for subletting is a double, furnished and suitable to work from home. The bed is an Ottoman with additional storage space.
- Large furnished kitchen and living room (open-space), with all appliances any cooking aficionado might be looking for (including dishwasher!). A lovely space for cozy chats, movie nights, dinner parties etc.
- Large shared bathroom with a shower over the bath
- The flat is right beside Haggerston Park, walking distance to London fields, and surrounded by excellent food/café options.
The rent is £1,200 PCM, and deposit is one month's rent.
Bills equate to roughly £140 PCM.
About me:
I'm French, American and Canadian and have been living in London for 2 years. I work for a remote sensing startup in London, 3(ish) days from the office. I'm subletting this apartment from my friends who are traveling abroad. I enjoy sports of all kinds, love to cook (especially for/with others!), and am a big fan of exploring London’s live music scene. I like to keep my home clean, tidy and calm. A space to recharge from London's hustle & bustle, or host some friends over for a dinner party.
Who I'm looking for:
I've had great experiences with past roommates, so I'm looking for someone who shares the same views about living spaces and is interested in spending time together, rather than ships passing in the night. Also, LGBTQ-friendly is a must! Bonus for those plant lovers out there.
