En-suite double room in canal-view flat

Cosy double room with en-suite available for 3 months from January 20th 2025 (exact dates can be flexible). The room will come part furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bedside table/drawer storage.

The room is in a 2 bed flat and you’ll be sharing the communal spaces with a young professional (26, male, LGBT+). He’s a lawyer so is often away long hours in the week, but likes to socialise on the weekends :)

The flat is on the canal near the Hackney sharks, and has a Juliette balcony with beaut sunset views. There is a communal garden for the block, and a gated parking area with a designated space for the flat (there is also an on street permit for a second vehicle). The windows (incl. balcony doors), boiler, and shower have all been recently replaced.

The flat is 5 mins from Haggerston overground station, and 30 seconds from Haggerston park. Haggerston is well located, a 20 min walk into Dalston, Shoreditch, and Hackney.

About me (25, female) - I’m going travelling with my girlfriend for 3 months and will be returning to live in the room, so am looking for someone who is going to be respectful of the space and the furniture :)
