Double room in Haggerston

Very sad to be leaving this lovely apartment with three girls that have become my good mates over my time living here. We are ideally looking for a professional individual in her thirties to replace me.

The room comes unfurnished but I’m open to selling my chest of drawers, desk, desk chair, bed frame, Emma mattress and clothes rail if needed. The room is on the ground floor with a large ensuite. The living room and kitchen are shared and we have x2 outdoor spaces (a patio by the kitchen and a balcony terrace).
You’d have a great time living with Emma, Kav and Char who are all in their thirties. They work full time with a mix of working from home and in the office. They’re social, tidy, into fitness, enjoy cooking, music, going to the local pubs, travel and festivals over summer.

We’re located in between Haggerston and Hoxton station, just 10 mins walk from Broadway market and Columbia road.

Looking to fill my room on behalf of our landlord from the 15th December (afternoon).
