We’re looking for a friendly female to replace our existing flatmate who is leaving, and join us in our lovely 3-bed, 2-bath flat (4 people total). The available room is a cosy double bedroom, perfect for a professional looking for a comfortable and quiet place to call home.

About Us:
You’ll be living with three professionals who are clean, respectful, and easy-going. We enjoy keeping the place tidy and hangout occasionally at the pub or in front of the telly, but also respect each others space.

Cece - 31 years old, originally from Denmark and lived in London 3 years. Work in shipping in the city and in spare time enjoy going to the pubs, markets, parks, be active and see friends. Also dabbles in the occasional knitting project, travelling and excessive reality tv watching.

Alice - 31, freelances in events and has lived in London for about 6 years. Loves crochet, pottery, any other art and craft, markets, Sunday roasts and running.

Mike - 34, from North London and works in events, travelling a lot around the UK and Europe. In spare time enjoys climbing, cooking, hiking and gets at least 1 skiing trip in every year. Life long Arsenal fan.

About the Room:
Fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
Bright with natural light and ample space.
Shared bathroom with one other female flatmate.

About the Flat:
Finished to a high contemporary standard throughout, the property comprises a generous open plan kitchen/diner that flows to a reception space and out to the balcony. There are 3 double bedrooms in the flat - one is an en-suite (Alice and Mike’s room) and the other 2 rooms share a big master bathroom. There’s lots of storage in the flat, shared open-plan kitchen and living room.
with all modern amenities: washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, etc.

Adelaide Wharf is a secure development with concierge, resident's bike storage and well-tended communal gardens. Situated along the Regent's Canal just moments from the local hot spots of Broadway Market, Columbia Road, London Fields, Shoreditch and Haggerston Park. Both Haggerston and Hoxton Overground stations are within short walking distance.

Rent & Bills:
Rent: £1050 per month.
Bills (including utilities, Wi-Fi and cleaner) are split equally, approx. £125-150 per month.

Landlord requirements:
- Evidence of employment with current employer
- Evidence of current place of residence
- If not a UK citizen, evidence of right to work and reside in the UK for the duration of the tenancy agreement (until August 2025)
