🏡 The Space: Comfortable, well-lit room with a double bed, part wardrobe, and desk. The flat includes shared spaces: a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, and modern bathroom.

👫 Flatmates: You’ll be sharing with three lovely people – an Australian girl, an English girl, and an Irish guy – all friendly, sociable, and respectful.

💰 Rent: £950 per month (price negotiable). Bills are [mention whether included or separate].
📅 Dates: 9th December – 2nd February, with flexibility to adjust dates if needed.
