Sadly I am leaving this gorgeous home to move in with my partner. However; this gives you the opportunity to take over the lease and share your home with three amazing girls.

The room is a bright, spacious, quiet, unfurnished double, you share a bathroom with one other who is very respectful and tidy and there is a massive cupboard you can use as a wardrobe or storage right outside the room.

The house is a new build four story townhouse with three bathrooms. It has a large kitchen and a separate living room. There are two outdoor spaces, one roof terrace and one patio which opens from the kitchen and continues on to a private square only accessible for the residents of the block.

The location is great, right by the canal, a short walk to Hoxton or Haggerston stations, and just 10mins walk to Columbia Road or Broadway Market. You’re also just off Kingsland Road with loads of connections that way too.

The house: you’ll be living with three great girls, Emma in advertising, Kavita, a doctor and Emi who works in the charity sector. They are all into the usual stuff, socialising, eating, drinking, fitness, museums and exploring. They are kind, fun, respectful people who all take care of the house & keep it clean and tidy. We often watch TV, enjoy a wine & occasionally cook dinner together.

They are looking for a like minded, similar age female who will maintain the harmony of the home.

Bills are around £150 per month and include a cleaner twice per month, as well as internet, council tax, elec, gas, water etc.

I need to double check the exact deposit amount but it’s ~£1000.
