HUGE ROOM in Haggerston, Long term let

Unfortunately the time has come for me to leave this wonderful flat, I really am sad to go. The flat is over two floors and this room is on the second floor. each floor has its own separate entrance.

The room is huge as you can probably see from the photos. It's bright and breezy and there's so much room for activities lol. There are several bits of furniture in the picture that can come with the room, we just need to negotiate a price.

You will share a bathroom with Mitsos upstairs, who is just the sweetest guy - we take turns cleaning the bathroom, and he is very considerate and friendly.

Downstairs you have Jack who is fairly new into the flat, who is also a great guy. Downstairs is the huge shared living room and kitchen space and another bathroom which tends to be for Jack only. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave and loads of pans and general cooking implements.

I'm looking for someone nice, considerate, and fairly social to take over my room from the 1st of July.

Rent is slightly increased for couples, £100 more than the advertised price. Bills come to around £160 per month.

This really is a great location on Kingsland road, with great transport links to Liverpool Street and you can Lime there in 10 mins. There's a 10 minute bus to Old Street where you can get to King's Cross. You've got Dalston 10 mins away and Victoria Park and London Fields both within walking distance.
