Modern En-Suite Room (E2) Gym/ Cinema

Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over the second bedroom in my flat. It comes with a double bed and two built in wardrobes. You will also have your own bathroom!

I’m 27, working near Liverpool St and am in the office four days a week. I am easygoing and am always up for a good meal, workout class, or trip to the pub. Looking to create a chill and friendly vibe at home (I only moved in a few weeks ago so still in progress!) I appreciate a tidy flat and like it to feel like a proper home relaxed, welcoming, and comfortable.

Theres a spacious kitchen/living area with all the essentials (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sofa, dining table etc). There is a washing machine and dryer tucked away in a storage cupboard. We also have air con for the summer!

The building has a cinema, small residents only gym, rooftop terrace, and ping pong tables. There is also bike storage and a concierge.

The flat is 5 min to Hoxton Overground, and buses right outside (26/55). Its a 25 minute walk to Liverpool St and Shoreditch and Columbia Road are very close. The canal and Haggerston Park are very accessible too! Loads of fun pubs, wine bars, and restaurants in the area.

Rent is £1575/month. Bills come in just under £200 (covers council tax, water, electricity, heating, internet). Move in date is flexible.
