Bright Double Room in Sociable Flat- Haggerston

Looking for somebody to replace my spot in our 3 bed flat in Haggerston in January 2026. It is a large double room with ample space for a desk/wfh area. There is one shared bathroom between the 3 of us.

We are a group of girl friends (from school) around 27-28, and I am only moving out as I have recently bought somewhere. The ideal move in time would be early January (3/4 Jan) but I can be flexible with this up to 3-4 weeks. The remainder of the tenancy is up to September 14th, so we would need someone able to stay for that length of time.

The flat is sociable and friendly, we enjoy the occasional drink or dinner together whilst being respectful of privacy. Looking for someone who fits into this relaxed vibe and we are open to all genders.

It is the perfect location in a purpose built block, just 5 mins away from Broadway Market & London Fields and tucked between the canal and Haggerston Park.

The bed, chest of drawers, desk chair and clothes rail all come with the room. Open to leaving the desk (price negotiable).
