The flat is in decent nick to say it's one of the one's built in the 80s, good sized living room with a separate large kitchen space and a shared bathroom and lots of natural light.
Highlights are the balcony with a view of regents canal, communal rooftop if you ever fancy throwing a house party, and the central location - which is 10 mins walk from haggerston/hoxton overground stations, broadway market and colombia road, and a 15 min cycle from farringdon/london bridge/soho/south bank.
