Ensuite in social 4 bed in Haggerston w/ dog

Hey hey people, we've had a late drop out for this great flat we're moving into at the end of the month so we're looking to fill the last room, which is a ground floor ensuite with bath

The flat, location, and crew you'd be living with are great. We vibe together and want to hang out as a flat, but also respect the fact we all have our own stuff going on too

The flat is a furnished 4 bed with high ceilings, lots of natural light and space, it has 2 ensuites and 2 doubles, across 4 floors, so everyone has a level of privacy, and the second floor has the lounge and kitchen rooms for easy access

There's also a super sick terrace on the top floor which overlooks the block gardens, which is going to be so fun for hanging out in during the summer months

We've been looking for a great 4 bed for a while which has been surprisingly hard, so even though it's on the spennier side as a flat, we think it's still a v good setup in terms of being modern, spacious, and great location like being 5 min walk to Haggerston Park, 8 mins to Hoxton or Haggerston stations, 10 mins to broadway market, 8 mins to gym/yoga, etc etc

So we're all pretty buzzing to move in and make it feel like home, which we'd love for you to help contribute to!

- Max, 27, Architect at Foster + Partners
- Jess, 30, Meteorologist at Bloomberg
- Ben, 32, Product Designer at AI startup

Oh, and there's Millie too, Jess' cute dog. We all are working professionals and want someone social and generally sound to join and add to the vibes. Ideally another girl to keep the balance, but open to a couple or guy, too

We've paid the holding deposit and need to lock in the last tenant (you) by the end of the week, so we can move to referencing, then move in Jan 27th
