3-bed flat with a gorgeous private patio (amazing for summer dinners, wine, vibes 🌞🍷). Modern, spacious and calm despite being so central. You’ll share a big bathroom with one other. The flat is also lovely and warm and dry.

Right on Regent’s Canal, next to Haggerston Park, and super close to Shoreditch, Dalston, Hoxton & De Beauvoir. Perfect for walks, coffees, runs, pubs and general East London life.

8min walk to Haggerston Station - Overground Windrush Line. Bus stops in all directions a 5min walk away.

👯‍♀️ The housemates
You’ll be living with Abby (works in TV) and Erin (designer), plus occasional boyfriend appearances from Matt. Friendly, social, independent household, not a party flat but definitely up for chats and dinners and the occasional impromptu dance session.

Big double, loads of space to make it your own. And big enough to do yoga or a workout in your room! (so nice!)
