About the flat:

The flat is a three-bed, first-floor flat on Laburnum Street, situated along the canal. It is a 8 minute walk from Haggerston Overground and approx 10-20 mins walk from other stations inc. Hoxton, Liverpool St and Bethnal Green.

There is a shared living area with two sofas, TV and dining table, with a separate kitchen coming off.

About the room:

The room is the largest of the three in the flat, it has three windows so lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a bed, two sets of drawers and some other clothes storage. The room has an ensuite coming off it.

The rent is £1,225 per month, which includes a cleaner who comes fortnightly. We take it in turns to do a flat clean on the week the cleaner doesn’t come, to help keep the space nice for everyone.

Bills are roughly an additional £100 each per month, which covers: Gas/Electric, Wifi, Water and Council Tax.

About the flatmates:

I'm Kerry, 30, working as a data analyst mon - fri (from home 4 days a week and in the office 1). I have been in the flat 3 years since moving from Essex. I enjoy going out for meals, drinks in the pub and walking or cycling around Hackney.

I’m Matty, 27, working as a Nurse at the Royal London hospital. My shift patterns change weekly and include nights. I’ve just moved to London from Devon and have been in the flat for a month now so adjusting to London life. I enjoy time at the pub, socialising with friends and visiting all the green spaces of London.

What we are looking for:

We like to keep the flat nice and clean. We are not a party house but we do enjoy chatting in the kitchen and having friends over here and there. Overall, we have a friendly and calm atmosphere and are looking for someone who will fit in with that. No couples or pets please.
